Returns
I accept returns on all pieces within 30 days of the customer receiving their package. Items must be unworn and not damaged, broken, or altered. 

 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I would strongly recommend using special delivery or a similar service as I cannot refund pieces which are lost in the post upon their return.

Resize
I offer one resize per order for rings, where possible. Occasionally the design of a piece makes this impossible, in which case, presuming the item is returned unworn, undamaged and unaltered within 30 days, then a full refund will be offered. I can also offer one chain length change for necklaces.
